WORKOUT ROUTINE OF JUNE :)

I decided to make my schedule for June and my workout will consist of JM 30 day shred which is main exercise but I’ll have optional exercise like I MUST do JM 30 day shred but if maybe include walking or zumba since JM 30 day shred (3 times a week) is only 30 minutes.
